Talent agreement

Last updated 17 August 2026

This is the standing agreement between you and Casting Platform while you are on the roster. Each individual job also has its own booking contract, which you sign before that shoot and which sets the fee, the dates and the usage.

1. What we do for you

  • Put your profile in front of real briefs from verified clients.
  • Agree the fee before you are asked to accept, and tell you what it is.
  • Paper every booking, so you are not working on a verbal promise.
  • Pay you after the shoot, and show the payout against the booking.
  • Keep your contact details private from clients and from the public.

2. What you agree to

  • Keep your profile true. Photographs that look like you now, accurate physical details, and skills you can actually do on a shoot day.
  • Keep availability current. A shortlist built on a date you have already given away costs a client a booking and costs you the next one.
  • Answer. Yes or no, both are fine. Silence is what makes us stop offering.
  • Turn up. On time, prepared, and in the wardrobe the call sheet asked for. If something goes wrong, tell us early — we can replace you; we cannot fix a no-show at 9am.
  • Behave professionally on set, and tell us at once if anybody else does not. We will act on it.

3. Commission and payment

We earn a commission on paid bookings. It sits inside the figure the client is quoted; the fee we tell you before you accept is the fee you are paid, and it is not reduced afterwards. Payment follows the booking’s terms after the shoot, and is recorded in your dashboard. It is free to join the roster and there is no fee of any kind for being listed, featured or shortlisted.

4. Going around the agency

If you meet a client through us, work with them through us — for that job and for work that follows from it. Taking a booking off-platform to avoid commission ends your place on the roster, and we may withhold payouts on bookings connected to it. This is the one rule everything else depends on: we can only protect fees, contracts and conduct on jobs we are part of.

Passing your phone number or social handle to a client, or asking for theirs, is the same breach — including by writing it into a profile, a message, a note or a file.

5. Your photographs and video

They stay yours. You allow us to show them on the platform, in shortlists sent to clients, and in watermarked previews, while your profile is active. Remove your profile and we stop showing them, other than where a completed booking or a legal record requires us to keep the file.

6. If you are under 18

You may join from 16 with a parent or legal guardian recorded on the platform. They consent to your registration, they countersign every booking contract using a one-time code sent to their own verified number, and either of you can withdraw that consent at any time — which stops any further booking immediately. Categories of work unsuitable for minors are closed to you in the system rather than left to somebody remembering.

7. Exclusivity

This is not an exclusive agreement. You may be represented elsewhere and take work you find yourself. What you may not do is take work through us and settle it outside us.

8. Ending it

You can leave at any time from your dashboard. Bookings already confirmed stand, because a client has planned a shoot around them. We may remove somebody from the roster for a breach of this agreement, for conduct that puts people at risk, or where identity or age cannot be verified.

9. Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chandigarh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it. It should be read together with our terms of use and privacy policy.
