For artists and labels
For independent artists and Punjabi labels: cast a video to a fixed budget, with verified people, signed agreements and one invoice. No chasing, no no-shows, no separate deals on set.
Six answers, from labels who have shot both ways.
You are quoted per person, all in, before anybody is booked. The number does not grow on set because somebody realised the shoot is bigger than they were told.
Fees are agreed in the booking. A shoot day where two dancers are renegotiating in front of the crew costs you more than the fee ever did.
Identity and age are checked before a profile goes live. For anyone under 18 a guardian is on record and countersigns — which is your exposure, not only ours.
One person from our team runs your casting: shortlist, holds, contracts, call time, payouts. Not a group chat with nine people in it.
The second video with us starts from what worked on the first — who was good on camera, who was early, who we would not book again.
Signed releases with usage terms, per person, stored against the booking. When a platform or a distributor asks, you have it.
Yes — tell us the number. Some briefs we will decline honestly rather than send you three people who will cancel. For most independent videos in this region there is a version of the cast that works, and it is better to hear that in a phone call than after two weeks of searching.
Good — keep them. We are useful for the parts you do not already have covered: a lead you have not found, background at volume, or the contracts and payouts for everybody including the people you brought.
You pay the agency against an invoice; we pay the talent after the shoot and record it. Nobody on your set is asking you for cash, and nobody is waiting three months to be paid.
Yes, and you should. Ask for them by name and we will check availability first. The relationship stays with the agency, which is what keeps the rate and the terms consistent.
Send the dates, the budget and the treatment if you have one. We will come back with what it can cast.
